Refund and Returns Policy

At National Venture Group, we are committed to delivering reliable logistics, freight forwarding, and express delivery services. Due to the nature of our operations, our refund and returns policy focuses on service-related transactions rather than physical products. Please review the following terms carefully:

1. Service Fees and Payments

All payments for logistics, transportation, and freight services are due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement or invoice. By submitting a service request or booking with us, you agree to pay all applicable fees in full.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable once they have been initiated or completed, including but not limited to:

  • Freight forwarding and express delivery services after pickup

  • Customs brokerage and documentation processing

  • Last-mile delivery services once dispatched

  • Technology, tracking, and support services already rendered

These services involve third-party carriers, customs authorities, and scheduling commitments that cannot be reversed once initiated.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments or billing errors

  • Canceled services prior to dispatch or shipment pickup

  • Services not rendered due to company error or failure to meet agreed timelines (excluding delays caused by weather, customs, carrier disruptions, or other factors outside our control)

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to NationalVentureGroup@execs.comwithin 10 business days of the original transaction date.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please include the following information:

  • Company or individual name

  • Invoice or reference number

  • Service details and payment date

  • Reason for the refund request

Once received, our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us at NationalVentureGroup@execs.com or 949-203-0055 as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations before dispatch or pickup may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

  • Cancellations after dispatch or in transit are generally not eligible for refunds due to costs already incurred.

6. No Returns of Goods

National Venture Group LLC does not accept returns of shipped goods. Once items have been delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient in accordance with the terms of carriage.

For issues with damaged or lost shipments, please refer to the cargo insurance or claims process provided in your service agreement.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund and Returns Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.
